About Richard Sorci

Richard Sorci is a writer, artist, and Marine veteran whose work explores the
quiet heroism of ordinary lives and the enduring power of love. His debut
memoir, Finding Love on the Road, is inspired by his 1966 journey through
Europe - a formative adventure that began as a young man's escape and
became a lifelong meditation on courage, memory, and connection.

In both his writing and impressionistic art, Richard captures the shimmer
between time and emotion - the way color, light, and recollection
intertwine. His paintings often echo the same romantic spirit that fills his
stories: couples caught mid-dance, sunlight flickering on distant roads, and
the silent beauty of moments that refuse to fade.

Now based in California, Richard continues to paint and write, transforming
memory into art and art into legacy. Finding Love on the Road stands as
both a tribute and a love letter - a story that began long ago and still burns
brightly today.
